Our practice provides evidence based psychological treatment to clients experiencing many different issues, from feelings of being stuck and relationship issues to diagnosable mental health conditions. Our aim is to provide a safe and stable therapeutic space to understand and work through whatever life issues you may be experiencing. All consultations are conducted with the strictest of confidentiality in person and online.

Consultations are 50 minutes in length.
The practice is private billing with fees set at a standard rate and payable at the time of consultation.
What is the difference between psychotherapy and counselling? As both psychotherapy and counselling are quite similar, it’s not always clear how to distinguish between the two.
In general, psychotherapy is usually a longer term treatment where we look into issues at a deeper level. Counselling is often considered more short-term and focussed on a specific issue and outcomes.
This is a question we will explore in our first session as we discuss what has brought you to therapy and what you would like to achieve in working together.
